It’s A creamy, thick smoothie filled with ground oats, fresh mixed berries and chia seeds. Healthy and satisfying!
As well as my current obsession with chia seeds. until the last few months when I started noticing recipes on other blogs and read on the internet.check one more recipe Triple Berry Chia Pudding
1/2 Cup quick oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Cup of mixed berries fresh (Strawberries, Raspberries &bluberries)
1 Cup of Unsweetened almond milk or Regular milk
1 tbsp honey or any sweetener optional
Blend everything in a blender till smooth.except for chia seeds .pour blended mixture in glass .add chia seeds & keep aside for 15 minutes and drink.
Tips:-One can pre-soaked chia seeds with 2-3 tbsp of water for 15-20 minutes or add chia seeds directly with other ingredients too.
Adjust for sweetness with honey, I didn’t add at all. the chia seeds will make the smoothie get very thick if you let it sit for a while before drinking, so be sure to enjoy the smoothie right after you blend it up!

Falooda is a cold dessert beverage popular in the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, sweet basil seeds, and pieces of jelly with milk and often topped off with a scoop of ice cream.

Whole Milk 4 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp or to taste
Rose Syrup 4 tbsp or to taste
Sweet Basil seeds 4 tbsp
Ice Cream 2 -4 scoop
Falooda Noodles 1/2 cup
Assorted Nuts 1 tbsp (optional)
Soak Sweet basil seeds in water to once they swell drain water and keep aside.Boil milk adding sugar and once cool down keep in a refrigerator so it becomes chilled. Prepare Falooda Noodles reading instructions behind packet, it is an easily available at any Indian grocery store.
Pour rose syrup in a glass then add Soaked sweet basil seeds on top add Falooda noodles slowly pour chilled sweetened milk add a scoop of ice cream and garnish with assorted nuts.Serve immediately & enjoy

1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup chilled water or Milk
1/4 cup Rose syrup
Sugar to taste
Few Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender Jar.Served Chilled in a Glass.
Used rose syrup store bought & it contained sugar so while adding extra sugar be careful
Mango Mastani drink I never had before @india but heard & read a lot about this delicious drink.Today my daughter want to have mango milkshake but with a dollop of icecream.then only I got an idea to prepare this drink.available ingredients in Pantry & ice cream in a refrigerator.
It’s a popular dessert drink from Pune city in India. It’s a thick mango milkshake topped with Vanilla or Mango Icecream.& Nuts like cashew nut,pistachios & almonds.
1 cup chopped mango or fresh mango pulp
1 /2 cup chilled whole milk/ full fat milk
Cardamom powder a pinch(optional)
Few ice cubes (optional)
1.tbsp sugar or as required
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream or any ice cream of your choice
In a blender jar add mango cubes then.add sugar, cardamom powder.Blend to a smooth puree.Now add milk and few ice cubes.Blend again until all blends well.Pour into the serving glasses leaving half inch space on the top.Scoop out a dollop of ice cream and place them on the top.Garnish with pistachios & cashew nuts.Mango mastani is ready.Served chilled & drink this before Icecream Melt.

2 medium Orange pressed juice

Watermelon Chunks 2 cup
Navel orange juice 1/2 cup (freshly pressed)
Few ice cubes optional
Add watermelon chunks & orange juice in a blender.blend until watermelon liquefied.add ice cubes in a glass.pour & Serve .

Banana Blend with Milk infused with Saffron.
Cold Milk -3/4 cup
Heavy whipping cream -1/4 cup
Sugar as much sweeter u like
Saffron strands (soaked in water) & few for garnish
Rose water few drops (optional)
Blend all above ingredients in a blender jar.pour in a glass garnish with saffron strands.Serve chilled !!!

Rolled oats (roasted )1/2cup
Yogurt /curd 1/2 cup
Honey to taste
Pistachio & almonds for garnish(optional)
Blend all ingredients together. Pour in glass .garnish with dry fruits
Tips :-smoothie mostly thick only.if u like a bit thin u can add little milk & blend

Saffron strands (soak in milk)
Sugar powdered 1/4 cup or to taste
To make a paste
Almond soaked & peeled 1/4 cup
Cashewnut soaked 10-12
Pistachio 10-12 soaked
Black peppercorns 10-12
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
Rose water 1 tsp (optional)
Add ingredients in a grinder .make a fine paste.add mixture in a bowl then add milk & sugar.mix properly keep in a refrigerator.
Pour in a glass serve chilled ..garnish with saffron strands & add rose water.
Watermelon, ice, and sugar are simply blended together in this quick treat.
Watermelon deseeded & cubes 2 cup
Mint leaves 10-12
Thin lime slices 4-5
Water 1/4 cup
Ice cubes optional
Black salt optional
Add watermelon & water to a blender & puree untill smooth.add sugar & mix properly until sugar dissolve.
Add lime slices,mint leaves & ice cubes.sprinkle black salt.
Pour blended watermelon in a glass.
Garnish & serve!!
